You have received the proper maintenance instructions and products with your furniture.
Use only non-abrasive cleaning supplies, such as cotton cloths and avoid using microfiber cloths.
ABOUT SOLID WOOD
Growth characteristics and color differences of wood are natural,
making each of our furniture pieces unique.
Below are some tips to keep your Spell furniture in top condition for as long as possible.
Air humidity
Heat
Sunlight
Wood is a living material that reacts to the room climate. In dry air, the wood shrinks, while in humid air, it expands. A constant room temperature of around 20°C and a humidity level of approximately 50-60% are ideal.
Excessive heat causes the wood to dry out and crack. Therefore, notebooks and similar items should not be left on the surface for extended periods, and electrical appliances should be placed on an insulating base.
The wood color changes due to both indirect and direct sunlight. Oak darkens, cherry wood becomes more color-intensive, and walnut lightens under sunlight.
TAKE GOOD CARE
As mentioned earlier, wood is sensitive to moisture, so wipe off any excess liquid immediately.
Clean stained wood with a damp cloth and, if necessary, use an appropriate cleaning agent.
Do not use any polishes or cleaning agents containing silicone, as they may cause permanent stains.
Remember, all types of wood are organic materials, and the formation of small cracks and splinters is a natural consequence.
Therefore, complaints arising from this will not be accepted.
